With the business continuing to grow and the consequent need for excellence increasing, Omnimed has introduced an annual award in recognition of employee excellence.
The award is made on the basis of consistently displaying excellence in all of the following areas: service, team work, analysing data, raising concerns, surmounting difficult scenarios and finally, that all important one...knocking on the MD’s door and asking questions.
Omnimed is delighted to announce that the winner of the Excellence in Achievement Award for 2023 is Omnimed’s Supply Chain Analyst, Lisa Hatt.
Omnimed’s Managing Director, Michael Morris said “Lisa really encompassed the spirit of the award and this has made a huge difference to the business. A growing business can be a very demanding place to be so I wanted to introduce an award that recognises the efforts involved in taking Omnimed forward.”
Lisa was awarded a glass trophy and a cash prize. The trophy will be hers for 365 days, after which it will be awarded to another employee.
Lisa said “Omnimed has seen rapid growth during this last financial year, which is fantastic for the business but has at times been very challenging. It is very much appreciated that my determination and hard work during this period has been recognised and that my contribution has helped to grow the business to the level it is today.”
